1. Company Information

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern the sale of services and digital products provided by Socaliente, a sole proprietorship registered under SIREN/SIRET number ‭83462732500014‬, with registered office at Paris, represented by Laura Guetaz.

Socaliente offers coaching services (individual sessions, group programs) and digital products (ebooks, online programs, training materials).

2. Purpose

These T&Cs define the terms under which Socaliente provides its services and sells digital products to clients (hereinafter the “Client”). By placing an order, the Client fully accepts these T&Cs.

3. Services and Products

• Coaching: individual or group coaching sessions, delivered online or in person depending on the chosen offer.

• Digital Products: downloadable or online-accessible content such as ebooks, programs, or courses.

Details of services (duration, price, access terms) are provided on www.socaliente.fr or other communication channels.

4. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed exclusively online through Stripe, Paypal, Card.
Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments can be made by credit card or any other method offered on the website.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once it has been made available, nor to services that have already been fully performed.

• For digital products, the Client expressly waives the right of withdrawal upon accessing the content.

• For coaching services, the 2-day withdrawal period applies only if the service has not yet started.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Any coaching session canceled by the Client less than 48 hours before the scheduled time is considered due and non-refundable.
Socaliente reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in cases of force majeure, with either a new date proposed or a refund issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Socaliente (ebooks, materials, programs, videos, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability

Socaliente undertakes to provide services with reasonable care and professionalism. However, the Client remains solely responsible for their own choices, actions, and results. The services provided do not constitute medical, psychological, or legal advice.

9. Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and client relationship management, in compliance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Socaliente harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the services or violation of these T&Cs.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Socaliente.
